Pack 1 is an active boys only Cub Scout Pack that is Faith based and Dad led. Our goal is to use the Cub Scout program to not only prepare our boys for Boy Scouts but ultimately to make a lifetime of moral and ethical decisions.
Faith Based
We are chartered by First Christian Church (FCC) Huntington Beach and affiliated with Huntington Christian School (HCS). We strive to teach the traditional views of Cub Scouting in a family friendly and fun environment."
Dad Led
Pack 1 is an active Cub Scout Pack that is Faith based and Dad led. We strive for Dads to step up and lead their sons and pray that God leads us as we lead our boys.
Climbing the Ranks
HB's Pack 1 has active dens for boys grades Kindergarten through 4th. Our scouts come from various schools throughout Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley (i.e., Petterson Elementary, Moffett Elementary, Oka Elementary, Newland Elementary, Hawes Elementary, Seacliff Elementary, Smith Elementary, Saint Simon & Jude and Huntington Christian School). The goal is for them to build trusted friendships, practical preparedness skills and grow in their faith outside of school and sports.

Tigers – 1st Grade
Tigers den is made of 1st grade (6-7 year olds)
Wolves – 2nd Grade
Wolves den is made of 2nd graders (7-8 years old)
Bears – 3rd Grade
Bears den is made of 3rd graders (8-9 years old)
Webelos – 4th Grade
Webelos den is for 4th graders (9-10)
Arrow of Light – 4/5th Grade
AOL is the second part of Webelos, bridging to Boy Scouts (10-12 years old)
